Agreement to Our Legal Terms

We are Web Pulse LLC, doing business as WiFi Internet Plans ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). We operate the website wifiinternetplans.com (the "Site"), as well as any other related products and services that refer or link to these legal terms (the "Legal Terms").

These Legal Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Web Pulse LLC regarding your use of the Site. By accessing the Site, you confirm you have read, understood, and agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

The Site is intended for users 18 and older. We can change these terms at any time, and we will let you know by updating the "Last updated" date. Using the Site after changes are posted means you accept them.

Our Services

WiFi Internet Plans connects you with participating providers for essential home services, making it simple to find the best deals and options. We help households compare:

• Internet: high-speed internet options to keep you connected
• Cable TV: cable TV packages from leading providers
• Home Phone: digital home phone plans and features
• Mobile Plans and Bundles: mobile options and package deals

We are an independent referral partner and are not the service provider ourselves. Our partners deliver the services, and your agreements are with them, not us. We do not control their staff, guarantee pricing or availability, or provide professional, financial, or legal advice. We do not list every provider or option.

Intellectual Property Rights

We own or license all intellectual property in the Site, including source code, databases, software, designs, audio, video, text, photos, and graphics (the "Content"), and our trademarks, service marks, and logos (the "Marks"). These are protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other laws.

If you follow these Legal Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the Site and to download or print Content you have properly accessed for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, or exploit the Site, Content, or Marks for commercial purposes without our written permission. Provider names, logos, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

If you send us questions, comments, suggestions, ideas, or feedback ("Submissions"), you assign us all intellectual property rights in them, and you confirm they are not illegal, harassing, harmful, false, or misleading.

User Representations

By using the Site, you promise that you are legally able to agree to these terms, you are not a minor where you live, you will not use bots or scripts to access the Site, you will not use the Site illegally, and your use will not break any laws or regulations. If you give us false, outdated, or incomplete information, we may suspend or terminate your access.

Prohibited Activities

The Site is provided for finding home services, not for other purposes. You agree not to:

User Generated Contributions

Right now, you cannot post content on the Site. If we add that option later, any content you create or submit ("Contributions") must not infringe on anyone's rights, must be owned by you or properly licensed, must not be false, misleading, obscene, violent, harassing, or defamatory, and must comply with all applicable laws. Violating these rules can lead to termination or suspension of your access.

Contribution License

We may access, store, process, and use information you provide per our Privacy Policy. Suggestions or feedback you send us may be used and shared without compensation. We do not own your Contributions, but we are not liable for them. You are solely responsible for your Contributions.

Third-Party Websites and Content

The Site may link to other websites or include third-party content. We do not check or control these, so we are not responsible for their accuracy, appropriateness, or policies. Linking does not mean we endorse them. If you use third-party websites or content, it is at your own risk, and these Legal Terms no longer apply. Purchases through them are between you and the third party.

Advertisers

We may show advertisements on the Site, but we only provide the space. We do not have a relationship with the advertisers beyond that.

Services Management

We may, but have no obligation to: monitor the Site for violations; take legal action against violators, including reporting them to authorities; remove or restrict content at our discretion; and manage the Site to protect our rights and keep it running smoothly.

We can change, remove, or stop the Site at any time without notice. We are not obligated to update information and are not liable for any issues from changes, suspensions, or downtime. You will not hold us responsible for losses or inconvenience from interruptions.

Governing Law

These Legal Terms and your use of the Site are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Dispute Resolution

If we cannot settle a dispute informally, it will go to binding arbitration, and you waive your right to sue in court or have a jury trial. Arbitration is between us alone, with no class actions or group claims allowed. If a dispute goes to court instead, it will be in the state or federal courts located in Minnesota, and we both agree to that jurisdiction. Disputes must start within one year of the issue or they are barred.

Corrections

The Site may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information (for example, pricing or availability). We can correct these at any time without notice.
